Windows Explorer Integration Cache Monitor has Stopped Working on System with Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) 22.214.171.124 Client

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Desktop Integration Suite (DIS).
DIS 184.108.40.206 client: Windows Explorer Integration Cache Monitor has stopped working.
When testing DIS client 220.127.116.11 on Windows 7 the following error is displayed in a windows dialog reporting that the Windows Explorer Integration Cache Monitor has stopped working.
The following entry can be seen in Event log for client:
