Why Does the AdminServer-diagnostic.log Throw ESSO-53045 Error? (Doc ID 2109019.1)

Goal

Why does the AdminServer-diagnostic.log show ESSO-53045

1. Access and log into the OAM 11.1.2.3.4 console
2. Select configuration
3. setting view drop down .. select Access Manager
4. When pressing "apply" button (regardless of making an edit change to the configuration) no errors seen or
    reported in the OAM console but in the AdminServer-diagnostic.log you can see the following error message:

java.lang.RuntimeException: ESSO-53045

- We do not notice any loss of functionality
- OAM 11.1.2.3.4
