Logon Manager Client is conflicting with a java application and generating the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Start ESSO Logon Manager.
  2. Start the target java application. Application does not work correctly.
  3. Shut down or pause the ESSO Logon Manager.
  4. Restart the target java application. Application works properly.
