Unable to center the Dashboard title in BAM 12.2.1 (Doc ID 2109154.1)

Goal

In the top left corner of the dashboard is a Change Dashboard Properties icon. Clicking this icon displays the Dashboard Properties window.

In "Title" properties we can use Ctrl+E in 12.1.3 to center the title, but this shortcut is not available in 12.2.1

How to center the title of the Dashboards?
