ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When editing a page in a portal, it shows that the page is edited by another user.
It shows this message:

This page is also being edited by: TESTUSER1

The message is shown despite no other users are editing the page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

This message was unexpected as no other users are editing the page.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Edit the affected page in the Portal..
2. This should show the message.
3. Edit other pages in the same portal will not show the message.
