Users are forgetting their password in an Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 10g and Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) 11g integrated environment and unable to reset their own password as they do not remember the challenge answers or they were never set. Is there another way for users to reset passwords or profile instead of using challenge questions?
