ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A user with ILS viewer permissions assigned at the parent folder is able to move a sub-folder into another sub-folder.

The Viewer group is assigned the Viewer role through space membership.
ILS is set on the parent folder at the first level of the space folder.
All sub folders in the tree are set to "inherit" the permissions of the parent folder.

The Viewer permissions at the subfolder level prevents the user to add or delete content and folders.
However, the user is able to drag one folder into another.

The issue is specific for one Portal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
