Tuxedo tpinit() API Failed With TPESYSTEM Interoperating Between 12.1.3 And Older Release (Doc ID 2109904.1)

Symptoms

When using Tuxedo12.1.3 and an older Tuxedo server(e.g. 11.1.1.2.0) with LLE configured.
Sometimes tpinit() fails with the following errors in the Tuxedo ULOG. The tpinit() itself fails with a TPESYSTEM value.
