On Microsoft Windows 2008 OPMN Fails To Start For Newly Moved Instance (Doc ID 2110293.1)

Symptoms

On Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2 :

FMW 11.1.1.9.0 version, Process Mgmt & Notification


The FMW installation was moved from Production to Test following

The platform is Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2

After moving the Weblogic Servers could be started.

However while starting OPMN it fails with

Nothing else is written into the logs and no direct errors can be found.

Changes

 Moved installation from Production to Test Server.
