On Microsoft Windows 2008 OPMN Fails To Start For Newly Moved Instance

On Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2 :

FMW version, Process Mgmt & Notification

The FMW installation was moved from Production to Test following


The platform is Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2

After moving the Weblogic Servers could be started.

However while starting OPMN it fails with

opmnctl start: opmn failed to start.

The opmn.log file has the following messages:

Nothing else is written into the logs and no direct errors can be found.


 Moved installation from Production to Test Server.
