How to Hide "Email", "Full Information", "Content Actions" Menu from the Display Bar on Managed Attachments (MA) Page Using Rules and IDOC (Doc ID 2110339.1)

Goal

On the MA page when viewing contents from the search results, the following 3 menu items are displayed: 

• Full Information 
• Content Actions 
• EMail

In some cases the requirement is for end users not to be able to do any of the content operations or mail the items to other users.  For this requirement it would need the aforementioned 3 options to be disabled (or hidden), but only when launched from the MA screen. 

This article describes the steps with which this can be achieved using Rules and IDOC Script.
