Symptoms

In a SS website, SS_GET_SEARCH_RESULTS and GET_SEARCH_RESULTS services are not working on public facing production consumption servers. Working correctly on production contribution server.

There are no errors, however, no results are returned.
Not working correctly even when pointing to individual nodes.
Directly running the query in WCC is successful.
