Moving A Folder Fails Due To !csWfTokenEvalError For Child Contents in Workflow Using Tokens (Doc ID 2111353.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Content (WCC) environment with FrameworkFolders, I use a workflow with a token which refers content's metadata (dWfID, etc...).
However when a content is in a Framework folder and still in the workflow (Review Status), moving the parent folder fails by the following error, even if the operating user is indeed a reviewer.
