ODSEE - Version for DSMLv2-SOAP-HTTP Plugin is not Updated after Upgrade Completed (Doc ID 2111358.1)

The nsslapd-pluginVersion attribute for the DSMLv2-SOAP-HTTP plugin is not updated with new version info after an upgrade is completed.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps...

1. Upgrade ODSEE from 11.1.1.7.0 to 11.1.1.7.1 or 11.1.1.7.2.
2. Confirm the nsslapd-pluginVersion of DSMLv2-SOAP-HTTP with dse.ldif file.

All nsslapd-pluginVersion attributes are updated with the new version of ODSEE except for the DSMLv2-SOAP-HTTP plugin...
