WebLogic 12.2.1 Domain Creating Failing (Doc ID 2111603.1)

Goal

Is OAM 11.1.2.3 certified with WebLogic 12.2.1?

Certification Tab specify that WebLogic 12.2.1 is certified with OAM 11.1.2.3 see following link.

OAM 11.1.2.3 certification matrix states that it is not certified with any other version of WLS except 10.3.6

If you install WLS 12.2.1, JDK 1.8.xx and OAM PS3 binaries, config.sh to create/extend domain might cause following error & fail.
cd  <MW_HOME>/Oracle_IDM1/common/bin
$ ./config.sh
./config.sh: line 29: /common/bin/config.sh: No such file or directory
