Symptoms

Getting java.security.AccessControlException: access denied exception While starting the server

access: access denied ("oracle.security.jps.JpsPermission" "IdentityAssertion")
java.lang.Exception: Stack trace
at java.lang.Thread.dumpStack(Thread.java:1365)
at java.security.AccessControlContext.checkPermission(AccessControlContext.java:385)

access: domain that failed ProtectionDomain (file:/<MW_HOMW>/user_projects/domains/oim_domain/servers/soa_server1/tmp/_WL_user/usermessagingdriver-email/7cr279/email-adapter.rar <no signer certificates>)
access: domain that failed ProtectionDomain (file:/<MW_HOMW>/oracle_common/modules/org.springframework_2.5.jar <no signer certificates>)
