11g BPM function, 'getUsersInGroup', is not working in 12c (Doc ID 2111744.1)

Goal

After upgrading to BPM 12c the getUsersInGroup() (Under the Entity Service Function Category) function is no longer working. It's building the application but throws an error on deployment.
