Symptoms
When trying to login to the BPM Worklist application, the following error is seen in the logs:
PolicySet Invalid: WSM-06102 PolicyReference The policy reference URI "oracle/no_authentication_client_policy" is not valid.
There are two managed servers in the environment, and this issue only occurs on one of the managed servers.
The validator URL (http://<HOST>:<PORT>/wsm-pm/validator), when run from from both managed servers, shows the existence of the oracle/no_authentication_client_policy in each case.
