Symptoms
When opening Excel contents via IE with web viewable URL, it does not respect the original filename but set "idcplg" always. (You can see the filename when saving the document via "save as" menu and the preset file name is "idcplg".)
Note:
When the issue occurs, you may also see unnecessary login prompt issue (<Document 2111872.1>) since the circumstance when the issue occurs is very similar.
