Symptoms

Error when trying to upgrade WebCenter from 11g to 12.2.1.0.0. This occurs during the readiness check phase (precheck) for the upgrade (e.g. ./ua -readiness).

No reconfig template exists for templates:
Oracle UCM Site Studio External Application:11.1.1.0
Oracle Universal Content Management - SSXA Server:11.1.1.0
