How to get Content Presenter to Work In Templates (Doc ID 2112457.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Portal (WCP) 11.1.1.8.8, adding a new content presenter to show an image from WebCenter Content (WCC) in a page template does not work at runtime.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
A new content presenter added to a page template does not show a picture stored in WCC at runtime.  In Edit mode the picture is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have the image added in the Page template shown at runtime.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new template as a copy from a default template.
2. Add a new Content Presenter to this new template and show a picture stored in WCC.
3. In Edit mode the picture is shown ok, but when running the page with this template the image is not displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot see images added in Content Presenter.
