Secure Browser Displaying 401 Error Header (Doc ID 2112549.1)

Symptoms

When accessing a web application which is expecting Kerberos WNA authentication from within the OMSS secure browser, users are prompted for their username and password and then see a 401 error header above the loaded and fully functional application. This has only occurred since updating to workplace version 11.1.2.3.3 and above.

ERROR

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade to secure workspace 11.1.2.3.0
2. load web app in the secure browser.
3. 401 error is seen, although the app appears to function.
