Symptoms

On Oracle Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (also known as SALT) 12.1.1 with rolling patch level RP016:

The errors below appear almost everyday. After the "GWWS_CAT:190" error, users can't send any request to the SALT GWWS gateway process until a reboot of GWWS is performed:
