Goal

On : JDeveloper Installation (Download, Install, Extensions, etc.).

The developers' Windows environment cannot allow much storage in %APPDATA% directory due to performance limitations, so how can the Integrated WebLogic server be created in a custom / different directory, such as C:\Oracle\WebLogic directory?
