 v12.2.0.1.0/12.2.0.1.0.012 Big Data REPLICAT abend on create table DDL
w/external objects from v12.1.2.0.0 source:

2016-02-02 16:41:56 INFO OGG-03506 The source database character set, as
determined from the trail file, is UTF-8.
Exception in thread "main" oracle.goldengate.util.ConfigException: Table
names only support [catalog.][schema.]tablename

2016-02-02 16:41:56 ERROR OGG-15051 Java or JNI exception:
oracle.goldengate.util.ConfigException: Table names only support
[catalog.][schema.]tablename.
