The Ssomho Mainframe Helper Object Process Cycles In Task Manager Causing High CPU Usage

Upon launching Logon Manager the system utilization goes to 100%. Checking windows task manager you can see that SSOMHO.exe (the mainframe helper object) is continually bouncing up as the most busy process. It appears that it is loading and crashing in a cycle because the PID is continually changing.
