OIM Pass Sync Connector Causes AD Server To Reboot After Consecutive Password Resets

The OIM password sync connector causes the AD domain controller to reboot indeterminately. This issue only occurs in a multi-node site configuration such as in this case, a 4 AD Domain Controllers exist with the password sync connector software installed on each on them.
