[OUD11g] 'ADFContext leak' Error Message is Harmless and Can be Ignored (Doc ID 2113742.1)

Goal

Can the below 'ADFContext leak' related error message be ignored?

During the startup of ODSM, there might be messages in the administration server logs like the following informing about a leak:
