Oracle_XA TMS Process Fails To Boot When Tuxedo 12cR2 Configured To Store TLOG In Oracle Database. (Doc ID 2113871.1)

Symptoms

On Tuxedo 12.1.3 version, Tuxedo TMS process(the transaction management server for Oracle database) fails to start when Tuxedo TLOG is configured in Oracle Database the following error occurs.

115908.server!TMS_ORA.10122.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:6868: ERROR: Get database share link met a database error:[96]Error - xaoEnv,xaoSvcCtx can't get share link.
115908.server!TMS_ORA.10122.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:6868: ERROR: _tlog_open: _gp_tblopen met a database error:[96]Error - xaoEnv,xaoSvcCtx can't get share link.
115908.server!TMS_ORA.10122.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:319: ERROR: Log start cannot open tlog
115908.server!TMS_ORA.10122.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:250: ERROR: tpsvrinit() failed



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the TLOG in Oracle Database in Tuxedo UBBconfig:


Due to this issue, users cannot configure TLOG in the Oracle Data base.
