Symptoms

On Tuxedo 12.1.3 version, Tuxedo TMS process(the transaction management server for Oracle database) fails to start when Tuxedo TLOG is configured in Oracle Database the following error occurs.


Due to this issue, users cannot configure TLOG in the Oracle Data base.
