Symptoms

OSB STUCK THREADS

After patching OSB there are stuck threads on JDBC connections.

osb 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7.4
wls 10.3.6.0.2 to 10.3.6.0.12
jvm jrockit 1.6.0_85 to JDK 1.7.0_85

The following stuck threads are occurring in the logs:
