Symptoms
When setting up Windows based User authentication in WebCenter Forms Recognition, Designer is displaying the following error:
Error number: -2147467259
Description: Can't instantiate Batch controller-->Initialization failed-->Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.Entity, Version-3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken='xxxxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
