 This document describes the steps necessary to create a 3 machine deployment with a single WLS admin server and 2 OTD nodes as a failover group.

 Install Collocated OTD with WLS+ JRF and create WebLogic administration domain on the $WLS_ADMIN_HOST
 Install Standalone Oracle Traffic Director (OTD) on two OTD hosts - $OTD_HOST_1 and $OTD_HOST_2
 Create OTD managed domains on the two OTD hosts with standalone OTD installation
 Create an OTD Configuration and remote OTD instances
 Create a failover group
 Start the failover group on both $OTD_HOST_1 and $OTD_HOST_2
 Check if failover is working
