12c Forms: How to Configure Client Session Idle Timeout (Doc ID 2114912.1)

Goal

In 12c Forms a new System Event (SYSTEM_CLIENT_IDLE) has been added to make management of Client Session Idle Timeouts much easier. In previous versions of Forms the only supported option was to use the Forms Timeout Bean as documented in <Note 248715.1>.  There were limitations with the Timeout Bean so using the 12c System Event (SYSTEM_CLIENT_IDLE) is recommended
