Symptoms
Upgrade assistant failed while upgrading OID from 10.1.2.3 to 11.1.1.7.0. The log file shows the following errors:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed OID 11.1.1.7.0 in the same machine as OAS 10.1.2.3
2. Configured OID 11.1.1.7.0 pointing to ODS 10g.
3. UA failed while upgrading OID
