Exalogic Physical Compute Node Hang With "[region_chg+0x7b/0xe0]" Error

Exalogic Physical Compute node Hangs and is recovered Only after Hard reset from ILOM.

Following "region_chg+0x7b/0xe0" error message is seen in /var/log/messages during the hang.


 No Changes were made to the system
