Question about Naming Convention of Native Files (Doc ID 2115228.1)

Goal

We would like to store content in the vault directory using the value of dOriginalName instead of the dID value.  For example by default the content is being stored as something like 00112.jpg. Is there a way we can have it stored as test.jpg?
