WEBSTART: Certificate Error when JAR Files Referenced in extensions.jnlp not All Signed with Same Certificate (Doc ID 2115660.1)

Symptoms

Added multiple signed jar files to the extensions.jnlp file from ORACLE_HOME/forms/java. When running Forms via webstart, Forms is failing with error:

Name: oracle.forms.engine.Main

ExitException: JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by the same certificate

as per the below printscreen:
