After clearing a date field in the EBS connector it sends "4712-01-02" as date instead of clearing the date. Following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Update the "effective date to" to something, say 2015-12-31. This will work.
2. Now clear the "effective date to". This will send "4712-01-02" as end_date in table fnd_user.
Expected result: the end_date should be null.
