Symptoms

1. Running Forms 12c Standalone Launcher option mode and receiving the following error when the Form comes up:

2. The same version of 12c is on both a UNIX and Windows server and users are running the frmsal.jar downloaded from the UNIX server against the Windows server or vice versa.
