OIM Upgrade 11.1.1.3 To 11.1.2.3. Create / Modify / View User Form - Custom UDF's Not Persisted (Doc ID 2118277.1)

Symptoms

While doing testing the environment upgraded from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3, it was discovered that the Create / Modify and View user forms include some custom UDF's. These UDFs worked fine pre-upgrade, however in the post-upgraded environment, any UDFs are not being persisted.

Removing the field, and adding it back to the form manually does not change the behavior.  In looking at the orchestration parameters the new fields are not present either.
