"ODI-20142: Popup Menu Creation Error" When User with OPERATOR Role Right Clicks a Mapping Scenario, the Same User Also Fails to View Mapping Scenario Execution Logs in ODI 12C (Doc ID 2118645.1)

Symptoms

Users created with the generic CONNECT, CONSOLE and OPERATOR roles are able to browse the Operator log and can view Package and Procedure scenario execution logs, but are unable to see any mapping scenario execution logs, even if they have executed the scenario themselves.

If the above users browse load plans and scenarios and right clicks on a mapping scenario, they receive the following error:

This does not occur when right clicking on procedure or package scenarios, for these, they see the menu correctly.
