Tuxedo ART KIX__READQ_TS Fails When Using TS Queue to Share Data Between CICS Transactions (Doc ID 2118794.1)

Symptoms

Using TS queue to share data between two CICS transactions, the first transaction inserts a message in TS queue and the 'KIX__WRITEQ_TS' succeeds.

The second transaction receives an error when trying to read the message 'KIX__READQ_TS'. The  error is in ARTDPL_UDB tracing and in the ULOG we can see the following error:

Running again the sequence there is no further issue.

The first and second CICS transactions can be executed on different Tuxedo machines for the problem to occur.
