Symptoms

Publish is failing following the shift to/from DST.  An error similar to the following is being thrown:

[ERROR] [.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [logging.cs.xcelerate.publish] Exception occurred while gathering

com.fatwire.cs.core.realtime.DataException: Unable to obtain latest list of publishable assets after 50 retries for pub session 1343752393859. This may be caused by significant editorial activity around approved assets
