Symptoms
After migrating an ADF application to JDeveloper 12.2.1.0.0, there is an NPE thrown when closing the application module by calling the method remove() of ApplicationModuleImpl.java.
The problem seems to be located in the following calls and the below exception is thrown when calling the method remove() of ApplicationModuleImpl.java:
