Goal

After upgrade to the October 2015 PSU, customer experiencing FMW application intermittent connectivity issues when connections are directed through OTD instances deployed on October 2015 patched guest vServers.

Guest vServers which were hosting the OTD instances has logged following error messages during the time of the October 2015 PSU was applied:
