When tracking the activation session history in the 12c Service Bus Console 12c see error, 'DCA-29000'

While tracking the session activations in the History tab of the Oracle Service Bus console 12c, when you click on the resource, you get a pop up window with the following error:
DCA-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException, msg=null
