Users Are Getting Blank Summary Page While Accessing The Review Of Certification Due to Saved Search

When the user accesses phase 2 summary page, the saved search runs by default which causes no results to be displayed. This happens if user had used save search option previously, in the campaign and set it to run as default.
Expected behavior: When the UI loads it should check for the saved search, if one is located it should compare the review name of the saved search and then process. If they are same, the search should be allowed to be executed. However, if the saved search is not related to the review being accessed, the application should return the default search results i.e we are not expecting saved search of one review being applied to search of another review. Becasue each review is completely different for us. Want saved search per user+review basis not per user basis.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as a certifier.
2. Go to `Homepage ->. Select Pending certifications
3. Select Entitlement Certification with review_name1. Select a search that does not return values `set as default¿ ,¿run¿ and unselect the `show in search list.
4. Select Entitlement Certification with review_name2. When review opened shows blank data and search name does not show up in the search List
