Exalogic Virtual: EoIB Network Does Not Work On Guest vServers After Upgrading To Jan 2016 PSU 2.0.6.2.4 (Doc ID 2122580.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks after upgrading to Jan 2016 PSU 2.0.6.2.4 issue of Guest vServers EoIB network not working is observed.

EoIB network of Guest vServer is not accessible within the rack from other Guest vServers and Compute Nodes and also outside of the rack.

This issue happened after restarting the Guest vServers from EMOC after the PSU upgrade. We do not see this issue happening stopping and starting the Guest vServers using xm commands like "xm shutdown" and "xm create commands".

Further investigating the issue we see that Hardware address of the EoIB bond exists by looking at "ifconfig -a" output. Also there are no duplicate VNICs on the IB Switches and VNICs status is shown as UP. But still we see the issue of EoIB network not working.
