Oracle Reports "rwclient.bat" Fails with Error REP-0177 when Windows Username has Multiple Words (Doc ID 2122820.1)

Symptoms

You have installed FMW Forms/Reports 11gR2 on Windows platform as <USER NAME> Windows administrator user.

When running any report via rwclient.bat from DOS prompt as Windows user account that has more than one word (in this case, <USER NAME>), then it fails with error:

It appears that any space in USERNAME environment variable value somehow gets parsed in the rwclient.bat command.

Notes:
This happens regardless if user has Administrator privileges or not.

This does NOT reproduce with:

• other commands like rwrun.bat, rwconverter.bat and rwbuilder.bat.
• Windows users with one word name, like "Administrator" or "<USER>
