Password Prompt Is Not Omitted When Start OHS With Other User (Doc ID 2122922.1)

Start Oracle HTTP Server with storeUserConfig option by user(A) that installed Oracle Fusion Middleware.

After the above step, password input is omitted when using startComponent.cmd to start and stop OHS 12c.

However, password prompt launches again when start OHS with other user(B) who has been given administrator privileges.

To start OHS with other user, who is not the user that installed Oracle Fusion Middleware.
