Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, WCC Server
When attempting to replicate a source server to target server the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configure WCC to use archive replication
- Create a new Check-In into a folder
- File is NOT copied on the Target
